I finally got around changing the looks of this blog, replacing a few images. While I totally love the background (with all the member's names), I'm not too proud of the header image. It's a cool photo, but somehow it doesn't really fit in. The '[phagozytose]' + punchline in the middle doesn't go well either. It can stay for now, but I hope to find something more apposite to the rest soon.

Edit: Okay, I made a new header. Too bad for those of you who couldnt see the old one, but I am sure you would like the new one better.

We had a really nice match with ToC yesterday. It was soxs, kush (telemarketer was much cooler, btw ) and tz versus SAMY, Bachi and me. After leading 2:0 we had the chance to score 3:0, but couldnt beat soxs on the base. ToC then made the comeback with 2:1, followed by 3:1 from us. In the last minutes ToC even made the 3:2, but couldnt reach the tie because the clock was on our side.
In the end the numerous observers saw a very close match which easily could have been a win for ToC, too. Maybe the fact that the phagos were playing in the same room turned the scale.

SAMY gets an extra pat on the back for doing a hattrick.

For phago-south (dex, ben, gorak) the holidays are over now, so we might not be able to keep the 3.0ish activity up.

So after 7 days of pure fun in Berlin, the phago summer LAN 2008 has ended. The participants were: Saturos, dexter, Samy, Bachi, TRAC and Upsetter (honorary guest..for now )

Not only did this LAN propel phago back to the top of the league, but it also strengthened the friendships between players. Once you know a player in real life, it improves the general communication a lot, which is what [phago] is all about in the end.

We had so many things planned for this years summer lan, but in the end, like so often, only half of it gets finished. One of those projects was to finish up this site. Add some more detail here and there, etc. But, unfortunately, we just never really got around to doing it, so have a little more patience with us please. ^^ Hopefully the posting frequency will pick up a little more by then too.

End of the summer also means going back to school. And since pretty much every member of phago attends some form of High School / UNI, things will get a little inactive around here. Suddenly the day really just has 10 hours less for things like updating the site, playing matches and all that. Hopefully we'll get around to those things on the weekends...no guarantees.

We'll see..

Yay!! After a couple days of intense and exhausting matches, [phago] is back at the top! We'll see how long it lasts.

this is our new weblog. We'll write about BZ/guleague stuff mostly, but not exclusively... this is a blog by the people behind [phagozytose], so we'll have personal thoughts as well. At least I hope so.
Since all our members are from Germany, we might write in German too.
